Rachel Mendelson

My four weeks in Urbino have been full of memories that I'll never forget. I've grown as a journalist and photographer while working with experienced, dedicated mentors. I got to experience a culture that is beautifully different from the one I am used to and I learned to appreciate that. Working with the interpreters taught me a valuable skill and also made the language barrier a little less scary. During the Urbino program I've made bonds and memories with friends who I already miss and can't wait to see again. Urbino treated us well and the month went by way too fast.
