It’s amazing to think how much I’ve experienced and learned in a few short weeks in Urbino. Learning the art of multimedia journalism in a foreign country is something that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Overcoming language barriers, unknown cities, and elusive leads are challenges that have helped me grow as a journalist, as well as a person. The way of life in Italy is completely different from America, but I found myself loving it more and more each day I was here. I am so fortunate to have had this opportunity and to meet some incredibly talented and caring people.
